Since February, I've been participating in the monthly Doll Quilt Swaps that Chele hosts. It is a lot of fun. Each month she takes sign up & then chooses partners for each of us. You make a doll quilt for your partner & vice versa. Mail them out & swap. It is so fun getting your package & opening it to see what creative, cute doll quilt your partner has made for you. I'm in the swap for June. It's my first time and I'm so excited! Gotta get started right now!

I joined also around the same time...The Red/White Doll Quilt...I said I wasn't going to join in June because I have so much on my plate but I did and it is addictive.
Everyone puts so much imagination into their little quilts you just can't resist...

It's funny I don't recall seeing all these quilts on the threads! :roll: I have enjoyed my year of doing the doll swap! Taking a pass on June-just too much going on, but I will be back. This is a fun way to improve techniques, increase sewing skills, or think outside your own personal box! And the bonus is getting to know other board members. Every quilt I have received is as special to me as the people are who made them!
