Very cute! I'm saving them for the wrapped rope baskets.

Now you need to make some wrapped clothesline baskets. Need 1/2 to 3/4 in. wide strips. Book "It's a Wrap" has good directions. I do not remember if she used spray adhesive or glue stick, but glue stick is easier on the lungs. I put my strips in a basket and they are ready for a scrappy basket. If I have 1" strips I put those in a drawer for the centers of the scrappy asterisk quilt I started. Search this site for the pattern.
Happy Scrapping :) Oops, didn't see that last post. |
Nope........ NOT crazy, just extremely clever

If you have fleese selvages roll them then stitch all raw edges so you have a ball. My dogs love these and they last a long time and do dot fray. Cats would love them to.

Not crazy at all! I have a few, although I didn't roll them, they came that way, but mine are tied (homespun)

that is a nice idea! I never know what to do with those shaved off pieces.
