I love your quilt. I have to share a funny so you understand I feel your pain. I did a photo quilt with the pictures my SIL and I took on our trip to New Mexico. I not only pieced, pressed, machine quilted this quilt but even took it into work to show my co-workers and that is when SHE pointed out that I had a picture of the Red Chili Peppers upside down. I have left it that way as I get to see just who really looks at it and if they have the courage to say anything to me. I heard somewhere that there should always be one mistake in every quilt.

It's a lovely quilt. I see those 2 blocks your signature. To me they add life and personality to the quilt.

It took a lot of looking to find the problems!

ME TOO!
I always take a picture when laying things out. If I rearrange blocks then I take another one. Somehow it helps me see. Maybe because it makes the project small enough to see it all together? I don't know, but having a picture really makes a difference for me.

Yea, a four patch going the wrong way. I have done that several times. Even had some of you tell me about a mistake when I was asking for opinions on border. I'm so glad that I posted the picture and someone was kind enough to send me a PM to tell me about the mistake!!! Especially since it was not finished yet, I easily un-sewed and fixed it.

Ok, I looked at your pic before reading the whole thread....then I read a couple of responses, then looked again.....still didn't see a problem. Then read some more responses, someone said one on the right, one on the left.....then I looked again and finally spotted it....since it is in the same area (opposite sides), I don't think it looks like a mistake, I think it looks planned....beautiful colors by the way.
