Dress Quilt from Fon&Porter Kit
 

I just finished this little quilt for my granddaughter. I bought it as a kit out of the Fons & Porter magazine from 2010 (I think). She was only 4 at the time and the little quilt was big enough...if I'd actually made it when I bought it :rolleyes: Fast forward to 2013 and said granddaughter was turning 8 when I started it...soooo I added the 2 inner borders to make it just a bit bigger. She was old enough to put the pretties on a couple of the blocks. I gave it to her last weekend. She loves it.

That is very cute. Your granddaughter will probably enjoy it even more now than she would have in 2010 :-)

Yours is so cute. Just pulled a similar pattern out of my stash yesterday called "Pretty Dresses" by Black Mountain Quilts. No disrespect to them but, I like yours better. When I do make mine, I'd like for it look as good as yours. Love your fabric choice.:o
