Here is the kingsize bargello that my DH's sister comissioned me to make when she picked up the first comissioned one I did. I had never done a bargello before, so, let's do something big... She orginally wanted fish swimming across the bottom of the quilt, but changed her mind. The pattern is Sand and Surf by E. Wright, and the fabric is various batiks from Batik Plus. I made her the wall hanging to go along with the quilt, just to give her something extra. Thankyou for looking, and inspiring and encouraging me to reach outside my comfort zone and try something new. I quilted both of these on my Tin Lizzie18.
