Dudes - appliqued to background
 

Took a small break to do some fun applique. This was an Amy Butler pattern on sale on her website. With all the nasty winter weather it is hard to remember summer and time at the beach are coming. Slowly, so slowly so I made my dudes in board shorts.

Sew cute! And, we all need a break from this winter. Getting a bit wearing on all of us, I think. Got stuck in my driveway coming home from work yesterday; snow plow was stuck in the ditch at our corner this morning. Your project gives us hope for summer!

They are in the UFO needs piecing pile! Just pulled out some skateboarders from the pile for a student who wants to make a quilt. He gets to learn how to piece and reduces my pile!

Bad, bad, bad. I gave credit to the wrong designer. Amy Bradley is the designer and this pattern is being discontinued so it is only $5 on her website. Even cheaper than those on eBay so it's a great time to get it if you want to make it. Sorry for the mix up.
