Marion, I love your choice of colors and the fact that this is an "easy peasy quilt". As a newby quilter, that's my que that this is the quilt for me to make, since I haven't made either one of these blocks before. I'm not clever enough to do a tutorial, but I have got pictures of the blocks and design layout which I recreated in QuiltPro, as well as the pattern.
