I found a similar bag made with plastic in the department the other day. I thought I want the one that is washable and reversible for me.
Let me show you how it turned out.

roll up the belt for a few times and buckle up

I like the bag. I would like to try one. You made a sack, then added the belt to the top? Would you mind sharing more details? Thanks, Carol

I only have the ruler with centimeters here at home, so let me tell you all in cm. (1 inch = 2.54cm)
Finished size of the bag is 50cm wide x 45cm high x 17cm depth(gore?)
I made reversible sack first with the gores done. and then added the belts on top (130cm) with a buckle.
I am sorry for my lame English, please ask me anything though.

another end of the belt, I left the belt longer and did not stabilize the buckle part, because when you turn out the back fo reversible use, you need to adjust the length of the bel, so left it lose

roll up the top end and fasten the buckle

catching part is sewn this way with 6cm unsewn part of the bag and the belt, it would be of a big help to make the bag reversible. I learned I need to stabilize the bucklepart by sewing the belt like this.
