I am working on that one as I read....My dh fell in love with this when we were in VA at a shop that had alot of her tile designs done...I am doing the large one...700 thousand stitches...but beautiful...I am on tile 4 now..when I am finished with this I will do the Nativity for my mom....but that won't be for christmas....I have been very busy at my embroidery machine...my longarm is feeling neglected....thanks for sharing this beauty...blessings

I have an embroidery machine and even on one of those that is quite time consuming and daunting!!!! It is beautiful, I hope the person you're giving it to appreciates all the work you put in on it.

hey, we all could have it going around to our houses, sort of like a Round Robin. that way all our houses would look wonderful for the Christmas Season (for a day at least).

Beautiful! Hope mine looks half as good! Were there any tricks to get this design to go together? What kind of fabric did you use to do the embroidery?

Just follow your tutorial that comes with the design and you will do just fine. I used Blue for the top four blocks and grey for the bottom four blocks, and different colors for the appliqued houses. Just have fun with it.
