Wow! Those are the prettiest hotpads I've ever seen. Love the table runner, and bag, too.

mpepperm37 07-27-2018 01:27 PM

Thanks. The bag and table runner are patterns from Sweet Pea, swpea.com.

Very professional looking projects!

Those are great projects! Did you use cork or the uncorked fabric line for your bag? I love their ITH designs.

Jingle 07-27-2018 03:03 PM

Your projects are all beautiful.

I belong to sweetpea too. Love their designs

Love your projects. I keep trying to talk myself out of buying the sewing bag pattern, but now I might have to reconsider. Yours turned out great! I also made the table runner. You are so right; they are fun.

The bag was fun to make and it was my first try of a project like that. Mine was made with the 5" blocks but pattern includes 4", 5" and 6". Same for the runner (variety of sizes.) Some other quilters have made creative us of the blocks - purses, wall hangings, machine covers, pads for under machines, and more.

Cute and clever projects. It is so much fun to do some things that give a quick finish.

All of your projects are beautiful but especially in love with your tote. Great workmanship.

Dolphyngyrl 07-28-2018 08:02 AM

sash 07-28-2018 08:26 AM

Love all your projects, but especially interested in the table runner. Can you give me pattern name. Love those fabrics too. Thanks.

PamelaOry 07-28-2018 08:57 AM

I love sweetpeas projects. They have great contests too! I made that table runner for my mom for her birthday.

Oh sew pretty! I would love to gain confidence on my embroidery machine. (baby lock spirit).

Would you have attempted these projects without the class? Thanks for the link to the patterns.

Purchased that runner pattern. Can't wait to get started, but first have to finish up a little quilt for great grandson.

Don't be afraid! LOL.

I have the Spirit and didn't turn it on for 6 months. It is a fun machine!

Tiggersmom 07-29-2018 09:52 AM

All are great! I like the bag the best and is that the 'cork' fabric for the bottom I've seen in the quilt stores?

Clarice29 07-29-2018 11:11 AM

Wow! Love that bag!
