This is a shot of a quilt block that I am making for my newest nephew. He is about 3 weeks old. This is going to be the center block on a 5-patch. The other block is on the other side and is his name. The welcome home side is shades of blue blocks with orange writing and the other side is shades of orange with blue writing.

Here it is - all done - for what it's worth. The pictures didn't turn out too good. I just gotta learn to take better pics.

Looking good so far. Keep it up and keep us posted.

The blanket is all done. I quilted it by tying it with shaded orange strings on the blue side. It was mailed out yesterday so am anxious for it to get delivered.
