Sorry , Its under Projects on the left hand side. Click Projects, when those come up click on any one of them then go to Techniques & Guides on the left hand side. You will see Stabilizer guide. Click on that and you're there. Also something else I remembered being told. Turn down the speed of your machine when doing lettering. This advice from a quilting buddy who owns 2 embroidery machines and has been doing it for about 7 years. What I haven't learned on the web I've learned from her. Good luck and good fun |

(Just in case it is late and night and you don't want to go find a different product.) Try using two and make sure that both the stabilizer and the fabric are nice and taut in the hoop.
