Only you can see the imperfections. From the photo it looks lovely to me.

Okay, agreed, I'm old and my eyesight just ain't what it used to be, but for the life of me I can't find a single point that is off. Not one! great job. You should be very proud of yourself.
I am still working up the nerve to do a Lone Star, just not quite there yet. |

When I'm having trouble making points match I use a basting stitch for about 1 " on either side of the point. If it matches I resew with a regular stitch. If not it's not that hard to pull out the short section of basting and start again. After 3 tries, it looks "good" no matter what.
