I love your quilt it is a beautiful picture! lol...love your doggie too and his name :thumbup: Can you explain the seeding part please? I tried looking it up and saw a few pictures with no explanation on how it is done.

You MUST explain what "seeding" is. This is the first time I heard of it....most interesting!

The idea came from "The Quilter's Ultimate Visual Guide", by Ellen Pahl, editor.(1997) on page 191 seed quilting is definied as individual stiches go in every direction with no constant patterning at all, resembling seeds cast on the ground. I just did a spot and lifted the foot, moved it a bit, did it again, and so on. I trimed all the connected threads at the end.It looks very similar to tyong to me too, but I liked the way it worked on the picture portion of my quilt. I did the edges different.
