Hello Quilting World...took 2nd place in the challenge quilt at our Annual Quilt Show Celebrating Texas, Quilters Guild of Parker County at the Parker County Sheriffs Posse Sept. 23 and 24th..we had a great quilt show..this was our 2nd year at the Sheriffs Posse...I am the Newsletter Editor of our guild and take alot of pictures so when the challenge came up "Celebrating Texas" I thought about traveling Texas highways and having fun seeing the places and taking pictures...all the photo's you see were made out of fabric...enjoy..Nanda

Very nice!!! I grew up in Texas.

I saw both of those quilts at the show. Great show, by the way. I told my friend that was the best donation quilt that I've seen. Bought tickets and prayed over them. It was not in our Lord's plan for me to have that quilt.
Your quilt is very deserving of the ribbon.
