great sewing machine I don't have anything like that I have a refurbished that I bought at Overstock.com for $35. but it works i guess that is all the matters. Your machine will last forever, now you got your wish of a sewing machine for your dorm. It is posted on the thread asking for help for you who sent it, so it is no mystery go check it out. WOW!! This forum just amazes me.. I've had that machine for 3 or 4 yrs. You will love it.

I have a brother similar and love it. Happy sewing sweety and don't forget to share the pics with us. Love seeing another generation of quilters. Both my daughters started sewing this year...one is 31 and the other 36. Warmed my heart as I'd just about given up hope. V

Wow! I am so glad I found this board and all of the great people on it. It is amazing to see how much you all reach out to help each other. It is so hard to find that in today's world and to see so much of it in one place almost makes me want to cry from joy. (Ok so maybe I did a little.) OH! Right... lol Charging sisters camera tonight, and will have them up no later than Tuesday. I have a lot of things to do tomorrow with the family and on Monday I can take the day taking photos and helping mom recover her car... thats a story in and of its self... and it's quite funny!

SO I recieved a wonderful package today from forrest hobbit. She send a lovely storage box that says "Follow The Dream In Your Heart." and she included four cute pieces of Fabric, two with horses, one with cactus's and one with lizards... oh! And a fifth one with stars (I think they're stars.) Also in the box: Rotary Cutter, Rotary blades, fabric eraser, fabric glue, a pad of paper for memo's or quick notes, quilting and unversal needles, a little chick, vanilla cupcake candle, some lindt chocolate balls (or truffles) and a pink scissors pen thing.
