That's beautiful!!
|
How fun! You did a great job on it too.
|
Nice job! I have bought 4 metres of fabric to start one... looking forward to it but scared as all heck!
|
It's soooo cool. I just got fabric this weekend to make a OBW. It's on my to-do list...I can't wait! Hope it comes out half as nice as yours looks.

Thanks all - it's really not hard, give it a go! Only thing is, you MIGHT get hooked on a new obsession! Why not try a little one - just get a good yard of fabric with a 6" repeat and away you go!

It turned out FABULOUS! I just love your term microscopic kaleidoscopic!!indeed!!
I knew you would do it justice better than I could!! It is really terrific! ok I know I am repeating myself but I just love it! I would never ever do a full size quilt but I might try one of these! I knew you could do a mini!! I love converting people to the mini mind set! No I didn't say you have a mini mind just think more minis!!! I am so glad i didn't just let that fabric sit here in my bin! Can't wait to see more!! Can we see some closeups of the individual Kaleidoscopes? |
Thanks all!
Rhonda, I'll go take some close ups right after I finish watching Roger Federer beat this Swedish guy at Wimbledon! :D |
Gorgeous Kathryn! It looks so hard, but I do want to try one someday!
|
Wow!!! I love it!!! You are a very patient woman...2inch strips and pieces??? Can't wait to see the next one!!!! :D :D :D
