The local Holstein Club has a silent auction at their annual banquet each year. I put together this simple quilt to donate to them. My brother ended up being the high bidder

MamaBear61 this turned out so cute. Your brother is very lucky he wanted to keep it in the family you should be very proud that your brother recogonizes a treasure when he sees it :)

You may call it simple but it sure is a looker. Love your design.

Great quilt MamaB !!!
I'm sure that it was a popular item during the bidding time. Next a Jersey for the other family affiliations? :) |

I have found some very nice Jersey Photos on fabric that are now in the stash until I come up with the right plan for them :-)
Fabric with Jerseys printed on it? ......... or did you print some IRL Jerseys onto the fabric? Now onwards to finding some Ayrshires too? :) |
I really like the way you did the backing. The quilt is so cute!!

Nicely done! It's fun to make a quilt that someone appreciates!
QuiltE looks for Jerseys--I look for Guernseys. I think Brown Swiss are even harder to find. |
