okay so i just came back from the laundry and it has bloomed. you can see the layers of colors show thru and the rag edges and hearts have frayed. of course the back doesn't have rag edges. i hope it shows up well enough to give you an idea. it really looks better in person. and it is very soft. i think i am pleased.
