feathered star of Christmas

I am in process of using up my Christmas fabrics, so far I made two quilt tops and this is a center for another quilt. It is 27 inches square. Not sure what else I will be adding to it, to be a small bed quilt. It will be next Christmas before I am done with all three.

Oh that Feathered Star is beautiful. How about surrounding it with various borders? I've seen that done on quilts with a focal center & they turn our really pretty. Thanks for sharing.
