Here are some pictures of my finished projects and one WIP. The first quilt is the first one I ever made. The second one is the one I just finished. The owl stuffy is made from the same template as my owl tote. And the bat block is for my halloween wall hanging, if I ever get my fabric I purchased from ebay :x

Kelsie's quilt, this one I free motioned her name in it

Very nice. I really like the quilt with all the triangles. Looks like a whole lot of work. :D

ladybugquilter 10-07-2009 11:42 AM

Thanks everyone.

Mytwopals, I am not sure about a whole lot of work as that was my first quilt and I didn't know what I was getting into.

Ladybug

Your quilts are lovely - I adore the owl is he made from flannel? Love your wall hanging too, have you chased the ebay seller to see where your fabric is???

Tisha
The owl is made out of fleece from my stash. I have contacted the seller and she says she has sent it, so hopefully soon.

I love all of your projects!! :D

felted wool, on your Owl? I like
those sort of projects, too!!

littlehud 10-07-2009 06:36 PM

They are all great. I really love your owl. He is so cute.

brendadawg 10-08-2009 06:58 AM

Lady bug, love that second quilt. What is the name of that pattern?

RedGarnet222 10-08-2009 07:10 AM

Wow you have a great sense of color matching. Even on the scrap quilt. The owl is really cute. Very hip now a days. My favorite is the bats you did for the center panel. The hand work is perfect.

ladybugquilter 10-08-2009 01:25 PM

brendadawg, I will have to look for the name of the pattern.

Thanks everyone.

kd124 10-08-2009 10:24 PM

Love them all, especially the first one. Very nice color combination.

Grama Lehr 10-09-2009 09:09 AM

I love the Halloween quilted wall hanging. How long did it take?

ladybugquilter 10-09-2009 11:44 AM

Grama Lehr,

The halloween piece is only the center, I was waiting for the rest of the fabric to finish. The center piece took me about 2.5 hrs to do. I completed the blanket stitch by hand. Hopefully I can get it finished this weekend and post pictures. Thanks you for your comments.

Thanks everyone

Maksi 10-09-2009 11:51 AM

They are al great, but i really love the Owl.

Marcia 10-09-2009 12:53 PM

All cute projects!! The owl is my favorite, though---he has so much personality!!

GailG 10-09-2009 01:18 PM

Beautiful work. Kelsie's quilt reminds me of Kaye Wood's six-hour quilt.

ladybugquilter 10-09-2009 05:13 PM

Thanks again everyone.

I cant find the magazine that has the pattern for Kelsie's quilt. The pattern is pretty much a log cabin block. The quilt was super easy to put together and very fast, my sort of patterns:)

Feathers 10-10-2009 08:26 PM

Your work is lovely. Thanks for sharing.

jojo47 10-11-2009 10:17 AM

Ladybug, to me it looks like a Log Cabin block, only with varying sizes of strips....very cute!
