Just got all my pictures downloaded onto the computer & thought I would post a few. I've been on here long enough that ya'll probably thought I was just hanging around and not quilting.

Hope this works!!

They are both beautiful.I love the schoolhouse one and it's a great pattern for a teacher's quilt.

Thanks all! I'm working on a Winnie the Pooh Warm Wishes for a baby shower this weekend. Will get pics posted asap. In the meantime ~ here are some of the rag quilts I have done.

This is a reversable rag (rags on both sides). One side is NCSU and the other is UNC. This IS a house divided!! And this one about drove me crazy!!

Really, really nice work :!:

I would LOVE to know how you made that bag. My husband just had to retire half his work wardrobe as the Navy just changed their uniforms... it would be so great to turn one of his old uniforms into a bag!

Piedmont Quilter 01-06-2010 04:11 PM

I just cut up the shirt, sewed up the front placard and used the back of the shirt for the back. The outside pockets are the pockets from the shirt. I removed all pockets and repositioned them depending on how big the bag was going to be.

Wish I could be more specific - it just all depends on the style of the shirt and how big a bag you want.
