Thank you all for your generous compliments! To answer some of the questions several of you had, the Halloween topper was originally published in American Patchwork & Quilting, the Oct. 2005 issue as a twin sized quilt. It is called the Double Star block made by Lila Scott who is their technical director. I don't throw out my quilting mags as you can see, I only just made this for last Halloween! Spent quite some time looking for both this and the book that had the tree skirt pattern. Unfortunately, I haven't found that book yet :( Thanks again for all your replys!
