Final quilt picture
3 Attachment(s)
All I need to do is sew a 3'' strip around the outside of this quilt. And can start on the backing & binding. Then I will strat on my quilt. I started in the beginning. Not sure if I posted my quilt or not. Will eventually figure something out for the border. I'm up to suggestions, on my quilt. I love your quilts, particularly the third one which I don't think needs a border, just bind it.
Nice work as always, Don.
Both are very pretty!!!
You always do such nice work and many so many quilts! I'm amazed at your productivity .
Wow - great quilts!
very pretty!!!
very pretty quilts
Lovely quilts, Don!
Very pretty! On the 3rd one, I'd pick one of the colors in there and frame it out, just enough to ground it.
Really nice quilts.
nicely done
Nicely done!
I love them, but IMHO, a border would be good. I would probably use a narrow blue one then a wider one, either the dark color or a showy patterned fabric.
Beautiful quilts as usual. A border from the colors in the quilts would be my choice. You quilts are always beautiful.
more beautiful quilts!!!
Very nice quilts!
It's gorgeous!
Both quilts are lovely. I like them just as they are.
Great quilts Don...it seems you keep yourself rather busy.
I really love your quilts. I vote for multiple borders on the third quilt to frame the busyness. My favorite is the second picture.
Very nice work!
Love the quilts!
I would also use a narrow border on the third one just to tie it all together. A nice dark color from the quilt would work. Great job! |
Beautiful and I love those flying geese!
These are lovely.
What a wonderful border of blue surrounding the second one. It really sets the whole quilt off.
Love both of your quilts. You are very talented.
Both are lovely, but my fave is the blue and white one. Striking!
Both are absolutely gorgeous with wonderful workmanship! Good going, Don! If the second quilt were mine, I'd probably just put a solid color border on it so the eye knows it's "finished." Hope that makes sense. Merry Christmas!
Lovely work. I like your color choices and I like to see just how precise your piecing is. Good job.
Love them. The border on the first awesome quilt is of course, is as awesome as the quilt.
Unless the second one need to be bigger, it is fabulous without borders if you really don't want to do that part, just a binding would be plenty. As always I love your work. peace |
Great quilts! Thanks for sharing!
