Ohhhh, I am not really a dragon lover, but I want to pet this one! My gd would love this! She's only 5, but knows more about prehistoric animals and "now" lizards than anyone I know..........now, if you were to pursue publishing that pattern, I would buy it! You did a fantabulous job!
and, also thanks for the link on the books of little girl/dragon adventures.... One Christmas gift for next year off my list |
Wow! Beautiful.
wowza~! You did that without a pattern?
Love it-you did a beautiful job on the stained glass.
Just. Love it! Great job!
Fantastic job. Is the eye on the dragon just the perfect print fabric, or is it something else? I am wowed!
Wow That is so cool. Nice job.

Watson, I have a question. How did you sew the bias tape on? Did you sew on both sides or just down the middle. The reason I am asking, I want to attempt to make my brother a quilt from from of his stain glass designs.
The wall quilt is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. I really like the stain glass effect on this project. I am amazed at your perfect choice of fabrics-the stars, the sparkle. Enjoy your lovely quilt.

That is just beautiful!
Oh my gosh, that is just gorgeous!!!
Just lovely...I am a beginner, maybe someday.....

Love when good ones get bumped.
Now you know if you can do this, you can do anything. It is lovely.

Gannyrosie, in answer to your question....that tape is Clover Fusible tape, so I fused it then went down the centre of each one and sewed it on. Here's a link to the tape. https://www.amazon.ca/Clover-Quick-F.../dp/B000YYZQF6
Thanks for the kind words everyone. That quilt holds pride of place in my sewing room. Watson |
