isewman, Do you mark the quilting lines before sewing? Or do you just 'eyeball' it? If you mark first, what type of marking tool do you use? And does it wash out well? What brand and type of needle do you use? Also, do you use a thimble, and which brand do you think works well? Do you use a frame or a hoop? Do you thread, pin, or spray baste?
