Like the quilt very much and the colors are gorgeous

The soft roundish lines of quilting soften the points and lines of this pattern. Wonderful quilt.

Even my husband liked this one. Usually he does not comment. I loved how the quilting was done. The different blocks were great.

I didn't get back to answer questions because my daughter ended up in the emergency room this morning with kidney stones.

The quilt was a pattern that was blocks of the month. Each month you did one 12" block, one 8" block, and two 4" blocks. I didn't care for the assembly of the pattern but I intended to use these blocks since I had gone to all the trouble of making them. That was why I put the blocks in the borders.

When I started mixing some of these colors I thought it would not work but I just kept pulling more colors and then tied it together with the brown and green borders.

I did do the quilting too. I have a longarm and tried some custom quilting on this quilt because I was to the point that I hated it. I decided that if I messed it up, nothing would be lost. It did turn out better than I thought it would. Now I can move on to something more fun.

Oh WOW! The colors, the variety of blocks, the quilting. . .Wow, just wow. I'm pretty sure nobody but you will ever notice the mistakes.
