Just wanted to share my latest finished project. Had a lot fo fun with this one and learned a lot.
The quilting wasn't too hard to do either! :lol:

You did a GREAT job! Can't say my continuous curves are any better. Your quilt reminds me of pumpkins. I could snuggle up with that one this winter.

Those are wonderful colors!! I love the blend in the middle with the gold on the outside--awesome. I also enjoy seeing how someone mixed batiks in there with a non-batik fabric. Cool.

Hi everyone, I would like to thank each and every one of you for your kinds words, that is what keeps me going. This board has such talented and wonderful people on it and I am sooo glad I stumbled upon this site a while back. I do a lot of peeking, and every so often join in, but my work does not compare to any of the others on this board. With all your help, encouragement, hints and of course the many ideas I get from all the pictures posted..maybe one day I will be a more accomplished quilter.

Lorretta, the pattern is a pinwheel, I did not follow any pattern, just choose what I liked and went with it.

Hi Barb M- I feel color challenge all the time,.. but looking at everything everyone posts, I just said to myself "go for it." This one I stepped out of the box,I bought a few fabrics that I "thought " I liked until I found another one(s). I had to force myself not to buy anymore. lol Now I have new additions to my stash :wink:
