This is the quilt I made for my son and daughter in law. I am not really good taking pictures.

Yes I hand quilted it. That is my favorite part. I try to rush through the peicing part so I can start quilting. While my husband is at work, I work on peicing the quilts together and in the evenings when he gets home, and we are watching tv, i quilt. My days ususally start about 4 am so alot of summer mornings, I will take my quilt and coffee and sit on the porch and quilt. I love listening the sounds of a new day starting.

Your Quilt is lovely. You hand Quilting is wonderful. I too often visit my porch, I also rise at 4:00 Am. Even on wk-ends. My Grandpa taught me to rise with the birds as a child. No Joke. Lifelong habit.

This came out wonderful - I really appreciate the hand quilting - my personal favorite and one day hope to do myself instead of machine quilting!
