No, it's not linen but 100% cotton. I wasn't all that happy working with it 'cause it stretched. I had to be really careful with it.

Thanks. The pattern is called Pieced Waterwheels. I'm working on tracking it down; it was in a magazine. Soon as I find it I'll post the info. What's so cool is there is a secondary pattern for using up the scrap triangle pieces. It could be used for the back or another quilt. I've saved the pieces but can't bear the thought of working with them yet. :)
