After recieveing the pattern I was able to make the block but also with all the great advice I recieved from the board. I am looking forward to making the quilt soon. Here is a pic of the civil war quilt top I finished. All I have to do now is quilt it. Oh and lets not forget my quilt inspector as she plays with my quilt blocks. LOL.
