Beautiful quilt!
|
love the design. The last graduation quilt I made was delivered exactly one year later. She sat and watched me hand quilt it many Sunday afternoons. She was there when I finished the last few stitches on the label, and then I handed it to her and apologized for the delay. She immediately wrapped herself in it and said "Oh, that's OK."
When she visits for the night, she brings her quilt along. |
It nice to see this type of quilt again. Beautifully done! There's something about the traditional quilts that I never tire of seeing and this one is perfect!

That quilt was definitely worth waiting for. Great use of prints.

Beautiful quilt! And quilting brilliant! Congrats! And do not worry ... place your UFO's next to my UFO's and they will be company! Hahaha! A hug!
|
Very pretty...congrats on finishing it :)

I really like it. I'm using this same layout for a Civil War Repro quilt for my husband (made my son one for last Cmas, and now hubby has to have one, too).
|
Nicely done ..... I'm sure she will love it ..... quilts are never "late" for an occasion .... just "eagerly anticipated" ....
|
I like it

I love the effect of the 9 patch in the center. Very nicely done.
