I've finally finished hand stitching the binding on my "Day & Night" quilt! I posted pics before when I had finished the top but here it is, all finished!
Draped over our loveseat. It's about a Queen size. [ATTACH=CONFIG]92084[/ATTACH] Up close and quilted! I free-motion-quilted it with swirls and some echo quilting. [ATTACH=CONFIG]92085[/ATTACH] |

It's beautiful. It has an optical illusion about it that makes you look at it longer to figure it out. Good work. Thanks for sharing!

I have bought the book and ruler combo, but I am not sure about tackling it. The book says it uses a lot of fabric...
Did the easiness of using the ruler cancel out the inconvenience of having to buy more fabric? I saw a demonstration a few months ago in a LQS and it seemed easy... is it? |
