What a beautiful quilt! I really like the colors you chose and am impressed that you pulled them all from your stash. And I also liked the feathers quilted in each strip.

It is gorgeous! I love your quilting too. I'm at the beginning stages of feathers. I really want to learn them. Great job!

That is a very striking quilt. I do like that pattern and you did a great job on it

Are all the fabrics cut into long thin strips, or are they wide rectangles and only the sections where two colors meet and have the white squares pieced? It looks like the latter, but your beautiful quilting makes it hard to tell for sure.

Hello, just finished the binding on this one last night. Been on a roll lately so I'm pleased with myself as I was having "Winter Time Blues" for awhile. My kitty likes to paw the back of my sofa so decided to make a oversized lap quilt to protect it as I noticed some threads right where she usually goes after she eats. All fabrics came from my stash including the backing so I'm pleased it didn't cost me a trip to the fabric store. Also just picked up the pattern for the folded wreath so will use some of the scraps leftover for a table decoration in the dining room.

Hope you like it. Also I normally add borders to my quilts but this pattern didn't call for one and I didn't want to change the look of it. I quilted it on my frame sideways due to the cable feather design I was using. This is robotic quilted. The colors are showing a little brighter on the front side than they really are and the backing is a navy blue so darker than its showing.

You are very creative. Love your quilt. Love your quilting.
