finished a new pink ribbon top today

This is my second pink ribbon top I have finished. This one is for a lady having chemo for the 3rd time because her breast cancer has spread. Her DH was telling me about her because he wanted to buy chances on the first quilt. I told him he didn't need to buy chances, I would make her a quilt of her own. Her second fav color after pink is red so I worked it in.
After I quilt it, the binding will be the red of the middle border. I hope you like it!

What a beautiful quilt. Are the squares about 2 inches finished? I would love to do this for a friend who is a survivor.

What a lovely gesture! Your quilt is great too! I had some of that same cream fabric with the little hearts on it. It's always great to recognize an old friend.

That's so kind of you to make it for her.
