I recently posted a picture of a quilt I was making and said when I was done I would post a picture. Well here it is. It is two sided. I will post both sides. Let me know what you think. It is quit heavy for only having a sheet blanket in the center. Happy quilting.

CJO, It is just pieced. I didn't really take measurements. I tacked the top part to the quilt frame and laid the yellow and figured how wide I want the yellow on the sides and the top and bottom of the quilt and then meausured what was left in the center. Then just sewed it all together and thats what I came up with. I am not good with expaining things, so sorry. That is how I did it though. I think it would have looked better if it was machine quilted, however I don't really know how to do that and did not want to start on something that big. Thank you for your compliment though.

Thank you, It gave me alot of fits. The inside has bath blankets or sheet blankets that the hospital use. I had to piece them. That quilt is huge. It is 98x100. It is only my fourth quilt so it is not perfect. I call it Tribal Fusion. It is the shoo fly pattern I believe. I had to piece the inside 3 times. It is really heavy for only having sheet blankets. Thanks for all of your compliments. It really is a pick me upper. You have all inspired me.
