Sent them to his entire squad I guess it was, and used the Army fabric as a stripe in the stockings and camo for the back. My brother was a Marine so I gave him one with the Marine fabric. Semper Fi! Such a fitting quilt for a hero! My brothers were Marines. Lost my baby brother in Vietnam. One of best friends served there. So happy you have honored this brave man with such a beautiful work of art. He must have been very humbled.

Glad he is coming home. Your gift for him is very special and I am sure he will treasure it. My daughter was in the Navy and did 3 deployments over there.
