I'm really pleased with this lap quilt and intend it to be a start on my steep learning curve over the next few years (here's hoping). It's my first try at quilting (a couple of small puckers) and binding). Each step was helped by the search button on here and your collective wisdom has helped me enormously.
Our GR is Tess, who lies next to me when I quilt. She's a real sweetie. Annie |

Nice quilt!!
What a great friend!! |
You made a much prettier quilt for your first one than I did. Keep up the good work.

Nice quilt. It's good to have a quilting buddy to ask their approval
|
very nice, and cute dog.

You should be pleased, it's lovely! I love the colors and the pattern and your companion!
|
Welcome to the world of quilting. Your quilt is very pretty. I have a yellow Labrador Retriever who is my sewing companion.
|
Very Nice. Can't believe this is your first try! My "everything I do" companions are two Bostons terriers named Willie and Waylon.

I think your quilt is wonderful. Everyone gets puckers now and then, I don't worry about them unless they're big enough to catch a toe in. If anyone tells you that they never have puckers in their quilts, STAY AWAY FROM THEM! If they'll lie about their quilting, they'll lie about other things too.
Keep going and you'll find that the learning curve isn't nearly as steep and you once thought. |
