It has been over 50 years since she had been sewing, almost 90 yrs old Mom (in law) made her 1st quilt in 2 days with the helping hands of my husband. We are so Proud of her on her accomplishment. It's beautiful.

Your mother-in-law looks so much like my mother. She was a hand quilter & did lots of them.

Just goes to show you that you are never too old to start something new - it's a great quilt and if that is your MIL holding the quilt, she does not look to be nearly 90 years young.
