First rag quilt

I am making my first rag quilt. Been wanting to make one for a while. I have 3 baby blankets on my plate. Today I went out and got material for 2 rag quilts I watched a couple you tube videos. Well here is what I came up with. This is only half have to get more material

Ooh, pretty colors, very springy! Looks like you are well on your way. Backing fabric also very pretty.

as you sew them together you will find the quil shrinks very quickly...I found when making rag quilts I use way more fabric. You quilt is looking great!

I noticed that so I added two more rows to the quilt to make up how much it shrinking. Can't wait to finish it tomorrow.
