Hello everyone. I would like to share my first attempt at making an OWB and first time meandering. Katrine has been a wonderful inspiration for me and so helpful. Katrine. I did a small project just to get the feel and idea of what to do and then will come a much bigger and more exciting project - my daughters 21st birthday wall hanging. I am still to try the tumbling blocks as in Katrines stunning quilts and then i can begin. A friend received this together with a matching mug (got the idea from this site). She is so thrilled with it.

That's lovely Karen! Very well done, and a very thoughtful gift for your friend who will love it, I'm sure!
You are on your (OBW) way now!

Good choice of fabric, it looks so spring like. I really like it and cup to match.
