I got a lot of sewing in this weekend. I cut this out Saturday afternoon and finished it last night. I need it for a baby shower this weekend. The baby is a boy, due in late October
Back of quilt. I didn't want it to be real plain, also didn't want the 4 patch one the back Front of quilt. I did 4 patches using 8 different fabrics used my alphabet on the machine to do this before sandwiching the square |
Lovely quilt.....the green is a lovely addition to the traditional "blue for boys".

Very Nice, looks so cuddly! I like the way you organized the colors.

Beautiful...
You have to tell me how you made the back and fronts line up just right??? I'm working on the sandwich for a quilt right now, I made the back a giant four patch, and I'm having the darndest time lining it up!! I have to line it up before I quilt it though, otherwise the quilting will look awful on the back. |
Very cute and snuggly :D :D :D

Really cute. Welcome baby boy.

I like the 4 patch idea for one side! That's different that the usual basic square! Nice work on your quilt!
