I also see pinwheels. I love your quilt; I'd like it better if it was Penn State blue & white LOL.

Very nice pinwheels! He will love the quilt!

Lovely quilt.. I see pinwheels also.. but you will find many VERY old quilt patterns that have the "swastika" design including the Snail's trail.. as Bluphrog said it is a symbol that long predated Nazi Germany and Hitler's taking and perverting it. a design is a design.. nothing more.. what we read into it is the problem of the beholder.

I see pinwheels too, even tried looking without my glasses on because sometimes patterns show up differently when fuzzy.
If you find that you need more or different Seminoles fabric, Suzanne's Quilt Shop in Moultrie, GA (no relation except as a satisfied customer) has some great prints too. I did a Seminole Rag Quilt for my little nephew - it is on my blog (linked below). Cheers, K |
Grrrrrrrr.

I see pinwheels too! Maybe because we know what we are looking for??
It's a lovely quilt, I wouldn't change a thing. |
I see pinwheels because a swastika needs the middle bars to be complete

I only see beautiful pinwheels :D:D:D

I see pinwheels... would look alot better in ORANGE/BLUE !!
=) <~~~Gator fan |
I see pinwheels. When I started to scroll down and saw only one pinwheel, I think I see what she is talking about. What I see is not a complete swastika. I would never have seen anything if not mentioned.
It's going to be beautiful! |
