I used to love FMQ the rose pattern on borders but this was too much.

I have The Rose Vine pantograph pattern. It really looks good (very similar to your FMQ work)! It's very popular!

I've made them on borders before so not too much, give it a try they are really easy. I start with a spiril and work my way out.
