Foxy Pillow & wwyd

I can't believe I did it! This is my first experience using freezer paper, and it turned out wonderfully better than I anticipated. I used this tutorial http://www.twiddletails.com/store/in...age=page&id=21, and drew up the fox based on another fox I saw online. While it was a little slow going at first while I figured out a new techinique, I was surprised how it came together so fast!

It's going to be a pillow, 12x16.

now for the wwyd...

I like pink or light blue. Not sure on the whiskers. I love your little fox! Thanks for the link.

Super-cute! ;)

It's adorable! Good job and if I was going to put on a bow, I think maybe turquoise? I think that would go with the shades of yellow and green well? Or maybe leave it plain? It's really cute.

ooh, turquoise! I just threw a few bows on that I had made up from a previous project, I'll have to look at my ribbon and see what I have.

thanks everyone!

Adorable. I'd skip the whiskers, you don't want it to look like a cat.

QuiltnNan 01-27-2012 08:37 PM

awwww, how cute!!!

I'm thinking you may be right...kinda wished I had used a more orangey color, but it's what I had kicking around for an impromptu gift.

very cute. great job.

It's just adorable! I would try a purple bow. Because it is a graphic design, I would not put on whiskers. That would tend to make it too fussy looking.

sewbeadit 01-27-2012 10:26 PM

It is really cute. Yes put whiskers on it.

Thanks for showing. I have it earmarked.

Panchita 01-28-2012 04:46 AM

I would say no whiskers - and I liked all of the bows you showed. Although I think I would choose either the pink or the light blue - I love the colour of the navy, but think it might be a little strong

Great work though! :)
