free pattern from Wyndham Fabrics
 

[ATTACH=CONFIG]603400[/ATTACH]This is a pattern that I just discovered. it is called Paisley Elephant and is free online from Wyndham Fabrics. (Not paisleys, but I used what I had on hand.).

i have downloaded this pattern also and hope to make it someday. glad to see it in colors other than paisley so i can get better idea of what it looks like in more subdued color choices

It's actually called Paisley Splash

This is really cute. I'll have to get the pattern. My granddaughter and I bought a die for the accuquilt cutter that is an elephant, is has some of the pieces separate so it'll be like 3D. This would be cute as a middle block. This will be her moms Christmas present.

It is on the website under free projects, page 37. I just finished printing it out.

It will be a wall hanging. Other than stitching around all the pieces, I am not sure how much more quilting I will do. Thatnis why itis taped on the wall. I am hoping the inspiration will hop into my brain and I can get it done. LOL. Thank you for all the kind words about it. I didn’t have any paisley so I knew I was going with fabrics from my stash. I did get 2 fat quarters from JoAnns but the rest was scraps.
