French Braid Tree Skirt
2 Attachment(s)
I made my tree skirt about 4 or 5 years ago when I seen one done in a quilt store, so I am a traditional girl, I like red, green, and white. So I picked out a variety of half yard cuts of my favorite Christmas fabrics they had at there store and had a lot of fun making this. This goes at the top of one of my favorite things I have made. The only thing I wish I would have quilted it differently but when I made this I was just beginning long arm quilting. Thanks for looking and Happy Holidays.

This is really pretty! I too am a red, green and white gal. I have chosen a couple of patterns but haven't made any yet.

WOW!!! That's really pretty..... can I ask where you got the pattern? I'm thinking that would make a beautiful table topper.

that is beautiful! i sent a picture of mine to Jane Miller (author of the french braid quilts books) - she loves seeing them! if you get a chance send her a pic- she had told me that she gets more Complaints about the tree skirt pattern than any other in all 3 books...I enjoyed making mine- no complaints...how about you? it looks like it all went just fine. did you do it with just the book or take a class?
