I love them!! They were quick and easy. :wink: Our pillows get to smelling when the menfolk use them when they're sweaty--so after a time they're unaceptable and don't pass my inspection. So--why not have regular pillows for comfort--and make them look good with washable covers? :D
I did add a few minor steps to the directions Bev posted in "Chit Chat" to make it easier. Thanks for posting those, Bev!! So much fun to pick fabrics. That's sort of how I made my pillow cases. But, I have to say, I needed to actually be shown! It was very hard understanding the written directons.
The only differences in my pillow cases were dimensions and I stitched up both sides at the same time and turned the pillowcase inside out and stitched up the french seam. When I turned it right side out, it was done. |
