A friend's boxes
 

Had a friend staying with me for a few days and she also enjoys patchwork/quilting and wanted me to show her how to make the boxes. That's the 2 she enjoyed sewing for herself!!! :)

I have a pattern to make this type of box, but my corners don't look like that. What pattern have you used? Would like to make some again.

I gave several away and filled one for myself with peppermint candies.....they are so easy and so cute. Those are darling and reminds me that I must get busy and do a couple "Spring" boxes.......:)

I made a few of these for Christmas gifts for my quilt guild's gift exchange. One I filled with fat quarters (they fit perfect in it) and a smaller one I put pretty wrapped candy in. The recipient seemed thrilled with it. They are fun to make.
