He's so cute. Now wonder there was a fight

What a great SNOWMAN! It looks so pretty on your door...you should make one for yourself! I don't think I could have parted with him.

ONly about 3" and we've had another 1" since ... still not much compared to many others! |
Frosty is so cute and Love your whole porch display. Thanks for sharing.
|
That is so cute and thanks for letting us see him on the door! He really makes a beautiful decor.
|
How cute. The only other door hanging I have seen was when my step daughter nailed up an antique quilt over the garage door so no one could see in while they were sorting my MIL's belongings. I like to had a stroke. I like yours a whole lot better. You did a great job.
|
Adorable. Happy New Year to you.

He's so cute - I, too would have fought for him

This is just so cute--I love the little extras, like the *straw* hair and striped border. Thanks for sharing the pictures and enjoy the plum pudding!

Happy New Year! Up until a few years ago, it was just a generic exchange with a dollar limit. One year it switched to a "theme", chosen by the host. The next year the theme was "something I created" ... and it has stuck since. As a result, we have discovered talents within the family, that none of us had any idea existed! |
Cute Frosty! Great pattern, and you did such a nice job on this! I can see why folks would "fight" over it! :)
|
Perfect winter decoration! Sometimes we get enought snow to make snowmen here. Today only to get 1" to 3" inches, maybe a very small snowman! :)

Dear QuiltE
Frosty turn out perfect and it looks so great at your door that I look forward to see his brother hanging there next year!! Maybe you could pose next to it in your own housecoat - love that one too! I wish you and all on this board a happy new year and always enough time and fabric to create more beautiful things. Granny |
Sew cute. What a welcoming and inviting view.

He is so cute! Love him! Gotta ask a question. Feel kind of ignorant, but what is a GFG button?

Instead of joining them as you would do for a quilt, I just used one on its own, for each button. |
Oh my gosh... he is adorable!! I think there may have been a fight for him at one of our gift exchanges too!! Your back doorstep looks so inviting!
|
